Shipping policies

All orders are dispatched and shipped on the same day if you place your order before noon (except on weekends and bank holidays). You’ll be notified by e-mail and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery. In a peak season the preparation can take up to 48 h.

 

Italy:  Delivery Lead time is from 1 to 3 working days. Delivery cost 3 euro. Free delivery for any order over 30 Euro

Rest of Europe:  Delivery Lead time is from 2 to 7 working days. Delivery cost 5 euro. Free delivery for order over 50 Euro.

China:  Delivery Lead time is from 3 to 8 working days. Delivery cost 8 Euro. Free delivery for order over 80 Euro

Rest of Asia & Australia and New Zealand.: Delivery Lead time is from 2 to 8 working days. Delivery cost 6 Euro. Free delivery for order over 60 Euro

Rest of World:  Delivery Lead time is from 3 to 15 working days. Delivery cost 8 Euro. Free delivery for order over 100 Euro.

 

Returns accepted within 30 days

You have received your items but the size or the shape doesn’t fit? No problem! We accept returns up to 30 days after you received your parcel.

 

Return process

  • The returns cost will be arranged by Customer and you need to send the articles back on your own cost.
  • If the product has manufacturing defects or if the articles are not the same as in your initial order you don’t pay any cost. Please get in touch with our customer service [email protected]  in order to manage to case.
  • The return is on the customer’s own risk.
  • All the items need to be in the original package, with label and unused (unworn and unwashed). Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
  • We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
  • Upon non-compliance by the Customer of these conditions, notably of the conditions of return, Tiglami will not proceed with the refund for the Products concerned.

Deadlines

After we receive the return, you will get a confirmation via mail.

Within the following 15 days, we will either send you your voucher or will exchange the product. Therefore, we will use the bank account/ the PayPal account that has been used before. In case that you payed via a bank wire transfer or a cheque we will get in touch with you.
